SwellTours is a registered tour operator based in the Algarve, specializing in personalized boat experiences, with number RNAAT 443/2020.

Language

Our tours are conducted in Portuguese and English. Other languages may be available upon request.

Clothing

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for weather conditions, along with practical footwear.

Personal Belongings

SwellTours is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tours.
We strongly advise using waterproof protection for electronic devices such as phones and cameras.

Participation Conditions

Each experience may have specific requirements, especially for children, pregnant guests, or individuals with reduced mobility.
For safety and comfort reasons, participation may not be recommended in certain cases.

Changes & Operational Cancellations

All tours are subject to sea and weather conditions and may be modified or cancelled for safety, technical, or operational reasons.

If conditions are not suitable, SwellTours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the experience.

Complaints

Any issues should be reported immediately to the skipper or guide so we can address them promptly and ensure the best possible experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 24 hours before: full refund

Capacity

Our boats operate with limited capacity to ensure a more comfortable and personalized experience.
Maximum capacity will always be confirmed at the time of booking.

 

Minimum Number of Participants
All tours require a minimum of 4 participants to operate. In exceptional circumstances, this requirement may be adjusted. Final confirmation will be provided at the time of booking.

 

Safety Limitations

For safety and comfort reasons, participation is not recommended for guests who are:

• Over 110 kg
• Pregnant
• Suffering from back problems
• Using a wheelchair or with reduced mobility

Schedule

Tour schedules may be adjusted due to sea conditions or operational factors.
Final timing will always be confirmed at the time of booking.
